Not all promotions are combinable. 2-for-1 Fares are based on published Full Brochure Fares; such fares may not have resulted in actual sales in all suite categories and do not include optional charges as detailed in the Guest Ticket Contract. *FREE Business Class Air applies to intercontinental flights only from the following airports: ATL, BOS, CLT, DEN, DFW, DTW, EWR, FLL, IAD, IAH, JFK, LAX, LGA, MCO, MDW, MIA, MSP, ORD, PBI, PHL, PHX, SAN, SAV, SEA, SFO, TPA, YUL, YVR, YYZ. Airfare is available from all other U.S. and Canadian gateways for an additional charge. On domestic flights, FREE Economy Class Air, will be offered from the airports listed above. Ground transfers between airport and ship are included. All airline fees, surcharges and government taxes are included, however airline-imposed personal charges such as baggage fees may apply. Custom Air arrangements may be made 270 days prior to sailing (custom air fees apply). Guests who elect not to participate in Regent Seven Seas Cruises® FREE Air Program or do not purchase transfer arrangements from Regent Seven Seas Cruises® will be responsible for their own transfer arrangements to and from the ship. FREE 1-Night Pre-Cruise Hotel Package applies to guests 1 and 2 in Concierge Suites and higher, includes transfers from hotel to pier only and is not available for new bookings made within 60 days of departure. Single supplement savings are based on double occupancy 2-for-1 fares and are capacity-controlled on selected featured voyages on select categories. Guest sailings at a reduced single supplement that elect not to participate in our FREE Air Program will receive an air credit only for one guest. FREE Unlimited WiFi includes one log-in, one device, per suite. Concierge Suites and higher receive up to four logins, four devices, per suite. FREE Valet Laundry Service includes wash, press and fold services for guests sailing in Deluxe Window/Veranda Suites through Master Suites; additionally, Regent Suite guests receive free unlimited dry cleaning service. FREE Valet Laundry Service is not available on the final day of cruise prior to disembarkation.

Early Booking/Bonus Savings

Early Booking Savings and Bonus Savings amounts featured are per suite and are reflected in the fare.

Seven Seas Society Savings

Seven Seas Society® Savings indicated are per suite and are in addition to Bonus Savings. Savings may be changed or withdrawn at any time without notice. Single Guests earn double nights when traveling single occupancy. Free phone time is per suite and is in addition to Concierge-Level amenities. Gold members and above receive four unique log-ins with FREE Unlimited WiFi per suite and $100 Shipboard Credit per suite. Titanium members and above receive unlimited dry cleaning. Titanium members and above receive FREE Private Van transfer accommodating 4 large suitcases per van. Private transfers are “to and from home” if the guest lives within a 50-mile (80km) radius of the pier. If the guest lives outside the 50-mile (80km) radius, private transfers from airport to pier and pier to airport are provided. The exclusive activities for Gold, Platinum and Titanium members may be combined with special events already incorporated in our longer voyages.

Air Credits

Air Credits featured are per person and reflect Business Class Air on Intercontinental flights and Economy Class Air on Domestic flights.

FREE Land Program

FREE Land Program applies to guests 1 and 2 for one Pre- or Post-Cruise program and is not combinable with the FREE 1-Night Pre-Cruise Hotel Package or the 5% discount on Pre- or Post-Cruise Hotel or Land Programs available to guests sailing in Concierge Suites and higher. Guests in Concierge Suites and higher who choose a FREE Land Program or choose to arrange their own pre-cruise hotel accommodations will receive a credit in lieu of the FREE 1-Night Hotel Package.

Special Savings for Kids

Kids Sail offer is available on select voyages and is a per-person, cruise-only Fare. Offer is available to kids age 17 years or younger at the time of sailing, who are sailing as a 3+ guest in a suite accompanied by an adult, 21 years of age or older. Fares includes FREE Unlimited Shore Excursions and is subject to all terms and conditions contained herein.

Shipboard Credit

Shipboard Credit cannot be applied to spa services pre-cruise, land programs, hotel packages, transfers, or casino advances online via My Account. Online reservations for shore excursions open at 365 days prior to sailing for guests booked in Concierge Suites and higher and Seven Seas Society Silver Level; all other guests may book shore excursions online beginning 300 days prior to sailing.

Ambassador Program

Regent Seven Seas Cruises’ Ambassador Program is valid for new, full fare bookings. Offer is combinable with most standard offers; however, certain restrictions may apply. The $250 Savings will be applied as a Future Cruise Credit. Travel Agents are not eligible to refer new guests and earn Future Cruise Credits. Traveling companions sharing one suite are not eligible to refer new guests within the same suite. Program may be changed or withdrawn at any time without notice. Referring Seven Seas Society Member and referred new guests are not required to sail on the same voyage.

Seven Seas Society Member: The referring guest must be an existing Seven Seas Society member at the time of the referral. The $250 Savings for the referring Seven Seas Society member may be applied to any existing or future booking where final payment has not been made. Seven Seas Society Members may apply up to a maximum of four suite referrals per booking.

New Referred Guest: The new guest reservation must be made by a guest who has not booked or sailed with Regent Seven Seas Cruises previously. Existing bookings for future sailings are not eligible. The new guest should complete the Ambassador Referral form at RSSC.com/Ambassador within 14 days from date of deposit for the $250 Savings to be applied to the booking. Only one $250 Future Cruise Credit per suite is permitted.

Regent Seven Seas Cruises’ Ambassador Program is intended for friends and family member referrals. Soliciting bookings on social media websites or otherwise making general solicitations to strangers such as to a wide, unknown audience, is prohibited. Any Seven Seas Society members found engaging in such conduct may be removed from the Ambassador Program, and will not be eligible for Ambassador credits going forward. All decisions concerning a member’s participation in the program and receipt of benefits or awards is at our sole discretion.

WORLD CRUISE BESPOKE AMENITIES

World Cruise Bespoke Amenities apply to World Cruise Guests on the 120-Night 2022 and 143-Night 2023 Navigate the World cruises. Phone inclusion is per the standard Seven Seas Society® program on World Cruise; Guests on voyages 21 nights or longer are considered Silver Level Members and are entitled to one-hour phone time. FREE Visas apply to U.S. and Canadian citizens only. FREE Door-to-Door Luggage Service applies to guests residing in the U.S. and Canada only. Luggage is restricted to 2 bags per guest at 50 pounds per bag. FREE Medical Service includes onboard medically necessary treatment only.

GRAND VOYAGE BESPOKE AMENITIES

Upgrade & Explore

Upgrade & Explore offer is capacity controlled and applies to new bookings only made between March 1 and April 30, 2022. Guests will receive a FREE 2-Category Suite Upgrade, up to a Penthouse Suite (Category A), on applicable voyages† as well as 50% Reduced Deposits**.

On Seven Seas Voyager® and Seven Seas Mariner® voyages, guests will receive a free 2-category suite upgrade, up to Penthouse Suite (Category A). Book a Category F Suite and pay the Category H Suite fare, book a Category E Suite and pay the Category G Suite fare, book a Category D Suite and pay the Category F Suite fare, book a Category C Suite and pay the Category E Suite fare, book a Category B Suite and pay the Category D Suite fare, or book a Category A Suite and pay the Category C Suite fare.

On Seven Seas Splendor™ and Seven Seas Explorer® voyages, guests will receive a free 2-category suite upgrade, up to a Penthouse Suite (Category A). REGENT REASSURANCE

With Regent Reassurance, guests sailing in Deluxe Window through Master Suites (Category MS-H) who have paid in full and cancel their applicable voyage at least 15 days prior to the departure date are eligible to receive a 100% Future Cruise Credit. *For Grand Voyage and World Cruise reservations, along with Regent Suite reservations (Category RS), guests who have paid in full and cancel their applicable voyage at least 65 days prior to departure date are eligible to receive a 100% Future Cruise Credit. Regent Reassurance is valid on voyages departing through October 31, 2021; the November 4, November 11 and November 23, 2021 voyages aboard Seven Seas Splendor are not eligible for Regent Reassurance.

Departure date is the date on which travel begins, inclusive of cruise travel, air travel, hotel reservations or land programs booked through Regent. The Future Cruise Credit must be applied towards a new reservation made within 1 year of the Future Cruise Credit issue date. The Future Cruise Credit may be used toward a new reservation for any voyage departing before December 31, 2022.

When reserving your next Regent voyage, please advise our Reservations team or your Travel Advisor that there is a Future Cruise Credit in your name. To be eligible for Regent Reassurance, the reservation must be paid in full. Regent Reassurance program subject to change and additional restrictions may apply.
