FREE Business Class Air applies to intercontinental flights only in all suite categories and includes ground transfers and applies to flights only from the following airports: ATL, BOS, CLT, DEN, DFW, DTW, EWR, FLL, IAD, IAH, JFK, LAX, LGA, MCO, MDW, MIA, MSP, ORD, PBI, PHL, PHX, SAN, SAV, SEA, SFO, TPA, YUL, YVR, YYZ. Airfare is available from all other U.S. and Canadian gateways for an additional charge.
All airline fees, surcharges and government taxes, airline-imposed personal charges such as baggage fees may apply. Custom Air arrangements may be made 270 days prior to sailing (custom air frees apply). Guests who elect not to participate in the FREE Air Program or do not purchase transfer arrangements from Regent Seven Seas Cruises® will be responsible for their own transfer arrangements to and from the ship.
*Reconnect on Regent (RoR) benefits are earned when a minimum of 10 full fare guests have been booked and is based on Guest 1 and Guest 2 per suite only; however, Guests 3 or more will receive RoR benefits if sailing in an applicable suite. This is a capacity-controlled program by ship and sailing date and may be withdrawn at any time. Any unused amenities cannot be exchanged for cash or any other amenity items. Amenities are for single voyages only. They may not be combined on back to back or multiple segment bookings. RoR groups will receive free private shore excursions based on voyage length; voyages up to 7 nights include 4 excursions; voyages between 8-14 nights include 6 excursions; voyages 15 nights and longer include 8 excursions. All RoR shore excursions are subject to change and are based on availability. A minimum of 10 guests are required to participate in each free private shore excursion; if the 10-guest minimum is not met, the RoR group may still request a private excursion for a supplemental fee, based on availability. RoR groups may upgrade to Regent Choice excursions for a supplemental fee, based on availability. Free private shore excursions must be selected by time of final payment. RoR groups will receive a one-time waiver of the custom air fee per guest. Not all promotions are combinable. Group Programs are not combinable with some American Express card offers. Guests will receive a $200 USD Shipboard Credit per suite. Shipboard Credit is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash.
